Jack Winter
Over the past decade Jack's planned campaigns for brands spanning toys to tyres and nearly everything in-between - even managing to pick up some industry recognition along the way. He's a bit of a nerd about making sure Craft are always producing the most effective and innovative version of a campaign strategy. When he's not planning he's watching Millwall lose. He's recently become yet another of Craft Media's '30 Under 30' proteges, but we're not letting it go to his head.

Hannah Brady
Hannah is a Strategist at Craft, having joined in January 2021. Pre-Craft, Hannah was a comms planner at Goodstuff, and was part of the planning teams responsible for winning both Grand Prix awards at Media Week & Campaign for work on Hiscox & Dunelm; Hannah was named one of Campaign’s 30 under 30 in 2019. When she’s not being Crafty in her work life, Hannah can be found either jogging around South East London trying to beat her PBs.

Will Richardson
Will has worked on a wide range of clients in both the commercial and non-profit spheres, including White Claw, Which? and British Red Cross. He is committed to delivering effective advertising, and in 2020 co-authored a winning entry in the IPA Effectiveness Awards for WaterAid. When he’s not crafting communications, he can be found blundering his way through some piano music that is far too difficult for him.

Charlotte Netherwood
With 10 years of experience under her belt, Charlotte's media career has spanned a number of disciplines, including planning, buying and - more recently - strategy at Craft. Having worked across a range of clients - from healthcare (J&J), to travel (Australia Tourism), to tech (Fitbit) and footwear (Dr. Martens), to name just a few, her career highlight includes winning a Campaign Media Week Awards for her work on The Body Shop’s Self Love Uprising campaign (2022).

Rachel Fletcher
Rachel has been a Crafty Planning Director since 2022. Having studied advertising at university she continues to build on the theoretical with the practical. Her experience to date has seen her handle giant accounts in the form of O2 and Disney+, which provide a great base of knowledge in dealing with complex accounts whilst still finding space, time and energy to deliver creative, award winning work.

Freddie Price
Freddie may be young but he's really rather well educated, a natural strategist, and in his two years of work experience has learnt from some cracking brands including Carslberg and Lego. In his spare time, Freddie is a mean mixotologist and a talented tennis ace, though he seldom gets to practise both hobbies at the same time.
