Sally Weavers
Sally is the co-founder of Craft with over 30 years experience covering all disciplines from creative, branding and media. Sally is a member of WACL, regularly features in Campaign's top 10 planners and is a mentor to many people starting out in the industry.
Jenny Jones (nee Smith)
Jen is the Co-Founder of Craft with over 25 years experience in network media agencies in London in local and global roles. During her career she has won various awards and has been named as campaigns top 10 Media Planners.
Sam Fowler
Sam is our CSO. He has been at Craft since the early days. He is consistently curious, and seeks to draw out an enthusiasm for understanding problems in different ways from clients and colleagues alike. Sam holds an IPA Diploma in the Future of Brands, is an APG course tutor, and a DMA council member. Outside of the day job, Sam sits on the board of Peckham Town Football Club helping lead commercial opportunities.
Jon Goldsmith
Jon is a Managing Partner with over 17 years’ experience in media having worked in agency and client-side roles. He gets great satisfaction in helping his clients make the best decisions possible. Jon has experience leading an array of different teams and specialists to successfully deliver projects. He is equally at home planning to growth targets as for brand KPIs. Jon remains undecided if he prefers an excel spreadsheet or PPT slides.
Yewande Ogunkoya
Yewande is one of the Managing Partners at Craft. She joined Craft after 13 years at various WPP agencies. She has worked internationally in Singapore, New York and Brazil in various communcations roles (Business Development, Strategy, Consumer Insights) before deciding Media was what she enjoys the most. At Craft Yewande leads a number of client relationships including Utility Warehouse, Selfridges and Deloitte. She also leads Craft's 'Good Business' practice - where we look at the our business' impact across key verticals including: Environment, Employees and Community.
Jack Winter
Over the past decade Jack's planned campaigns for brands spanning toys to tyres and nearly everything in between - even managing to pick up some industry recognition along the way. He's a bit of a nerd about making sure Craft are always producing the most effective and innovative version of a campaign strategy. When he's not planning he's probably telling someone that Millwall are going to be promoted this year.
Hannah Brady
Hannah is a Strategist at Craft with 10 years experience, leading on a wide range of UK & international projects for clients like Twinings & Brewdog, and consulting on projects for Edgard & Cooper, Treatwell and Glaze. Hannah was named one of Campaign’s 30 under 30 in 2019, and is a mentor on the NABS Fast Forward pogramme.
When she’s not being Crafty in her work life, Hannah can be found either jogging around South East London or discovering new food & music spots.

Charlotte Netherwood
With 10 years of experience, Charlotte's media career has spanned a number of disciplines, including planning, buying and - more recently - strategy at Craft.
Having worked across a range of clients - from healthcare (J&J), to travel (Australia Tourism), to tech (Fitbit) and footwear (Dr. Martens), to name just a few, her career highlight includes winning a Campaign Media Week Awards for her work on The Body Shop’s Self Love Uprising campaign (2022).

Rachel Fletcher
Rachel has been Crafty Planning Director since 2022. Having studied advertisisng at university she is continuing to build on the theoretical with the practical. Her experience to date has seen her handle giant accounts in the form of O2 and Disney+, which provide a great base of knowledge in dealing with complex accounts whilst still finding space, time and energy to deliver creative, award winning work.
Alistair Hornsby
Alistair joined Craft as Planning Manager August 2021 after 3 years in the rigourous world of national retail on Asda at Spark Foundry. Having studied Anthropology at Sussex University, Alistair is a culture nerd and data buff, with his approach to planning merging qualitative and quantitative data and ideas to find the red threads that motivate people and businesses. So far, Alistair has worked on BrewDog, Avon, and Woolmark (amongst others).
Natalie Sajal
Natalie graduated from Goldsmiths University with a MA in Branding, Communication and Culture. She began her media career at Essence, where she won their business development programme. Nat joined Craft in 2022 as planning manager and was swiftly promoted to director. She's worked across The Gym Group, smol, Waldencast, Wagamama and many others.
Nat's passionate about developing the next generation of advertising talent, she heads up the Craft Internship/Grad Scheme and is involved in the Working @ Craft team.

Jack Raglan
Jack graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BA in Business Management in 2017 with a specific interest in marketing. Upon graduating he joined the account management and planning team at OMD UK where he spent 4 years working across clients such as Bacardi, Channel 4 and Mcdonalds. Jack is a Planning Director working across the Formula E, The Collective and King Arthur.
Zoe Stevens
Zoe graduated from The University of Manchester in 2019 with a BSc in Psychology and an interest in behavioural economics. She then worked in neuroscience ad research. Zoe joined Craft in 2020 as a planning executive and now works as a planning manager across The Body Shop UK and Global as well as other projects too. Zoe loves uncovering audience nuances and insights in order to build an effective campaign.
Hadyn Millar
Hadyn interned at Craft as his entrance to the industry. Learning Media the crafty way from the ground up, he has little else in his repertoire other than the ability to brew a mean flat white, a skill being put to good use by the rest of the gang. A narrative nerd who loves video games, books and film: Hadyn considers marketing as just another form of telling a story.
Jack Palmer
Jack first joined Craft in October 2022 through the internship programme, following an undergrad degree in French & Italian at Durham and a masters from Bayes Business School. He became a Planning Grad in January 2023, working on accounts including Deloitte, The Gym Group and Twinings. Fuelled by a relentless diet of culture both high and low, Jack is endlessly fascinated by the oddities of human/consumer behaviour, and how to decode and anticipate them.
Mya Patel
First joining as an intern in October 2022, Mya is a Graduate Planner at Craft. With an English Literature degree under her belt and background in the arts, Mya has a keen interest in how a creative idea can turn into an innovative and effective campaign. Since joining Craft she’s honed her skills in audience and competitor analysis, working across BrewDog and Utility Warehouse to name a few.
Hattie Sumner
Hattie graduated from Newcastle University with a Bsc in Food Business, Management and Marketing in 2021, and then completed an Msc in International Marketing at the Newcastle University Business School in September 2022. After a successful internship at Craft Media, Hattie joined the team in January 2023 as a Planning Graduate, and now works alongside the team with clients such as Pizza Express and Formula E. Being new to London, her spare time is spent exploring the city!
Greg Newman
Greg has been a Strategist at Craft since early 2023. With 12 years' experience across clients of all shapes and sizes, from the industry's biggest hitters to its newest arrivals. Greg loves solving problems and people-watching in equal measure, and his work has won multiple awards through his career.
Phoebe Dent
Phoebe graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in History in 2017, continuing to ask why throughout her career in media. She joined Craft in 2023 from PHD working on the VW account, having previously worked on other automotive, entertainment, FMCG and alcohol clients. Her free time is spent running round the streets of London and further afield.
Theo Rubins
Theo recently finished his Marketing with Management course at the University of Sussex, sandwiched with a year in the media world working as a planner across hair and skincare brands. During his time at university he joined his two passions of fashion and football together, selling shoes and clothes to football players, so he knows how to send the right message to the right audience!
