Zoe graduated from The University of Manchester with a BSc in Psychology and a specific interest in behavioural economics.


Since then, she has worked in neuroscience based ad research, gaining a deeper understanding into how different ads can affect memory and purchase intent.


Zoe loves uncovering nuances amongst audiences and tapping into specific insights in order to build an authentic and effective campaign

Zoe joined Craft in 2020 as a planning executive across the client roster.
