Caroline has led strategies across multiple categories including entertainment, alcohol, FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce and publishing. Brands she has worked with include: Amazon, Carlsberg, Penguin Random House, Natural Balance Foods & Lego.
Caroline’s work has won many awards including: Cannes Lion (silver), Campaign Media, Media Week, Marketing Week campaign of the year, The Marketing Society and The Drum OOH Awards.

As a diversity advocate, Caroline was 2018 Vice-President of Bloom a network for women in communications. She is still heavily involved in Bloom in her role as a trustee
