Brand Consultant
Giles Davis

My career spans brand consultancies, copywriting, planning and account handling in advertising, design and digital.
Along the way I spent long periods working for agencies like WCRS, Tribal DDB, Williams Murray Hamm and clients like the BBC, Le Chameau and Karhoo (the “Uber-beating” start up that spectacularly collapsed).
I have worked for both clients and agencies on brands global and local, many famous and a few that disappeared without trace. Most notable were Mini, Land Rover, The BBC, Channel 4, First Direct.
Whatever the project, I try to steer the brand away from jargon and mumbo jumbo towards a fitting, sensible brand strategy that informs effective marketing ideas. And then help to create those ideas. I live in Wales just by the Brecon Beacons and ride a motorbike to wherever the work is.
